Good morning Sunshine!

I've been awake since 3:10, up since 3:45.  So tired and can't wait for Saturday to get here. Yes, I said Saturday. I might be able to relax by then, but with all the construction mess, probably not. It's okay, I'll be off for three weeks in January and will be sure to get plenty of rest then, thanks to post op drugs. Can't wait!

It is great to see Jeannie, we miss her when she's busy teaching our young ones.

I don't feel too coherent today, so I'll sign off by wishing everyone a Merry Christmas Eve, eve!

Good morning, ya'll.
Yep, Christmas Eve Eve!
I have to go get my port flushed. It's the port they put in me for my chemo drugs last Sept. I have to keep it for 1 more year. But I'm pretty certain the cancer won't be showing up again anytime soon.
While I'm out I have a couple of errands to run. Bank, PO, WM.
Every morning of Christmas break I have had grandsons here for breakfast. And most of those days one of them has a friend with them. Today I guess they'll have to get breakfast at home. Our son and DIL's kitchen is done now, so maybe they'll get something at home. Our DIL seems to think since they are adults they should be able to fix their own, if they aren't up when she is making breakfast! OMG! Not that! I still fix our 44 year old son a salad for lunch ever work day. He comes here for lunch and a little nap before he goes back to work. (He works from 6AM to 4PM).It's just what Grammas

Hope you all are well and happy. Sue you sure are busy. Glad you will have time off to recop and rest after the holidays.
Not doing much here, pool side, water walking, and visiting with people. Missing my children and Gkids. Also waiting to hear if our oldest daughter got the VA job. Fingers and toes still crossed. I am still trying to find free online book downloads. Frustrated by this a little. Hubby still having back issues. Also waiting to hear back from VA rep at local clinic about the whole "Flu shot" debacle. She is furious over the way we were treated. Some solice in her response to us.

Carl took me shopping yesterday and I got a Cruz Reding type thing from Boarders. It cruzes the web downloads books, music photos, movies. itnernet and is what I call the poor mans Ipad!!!!!
Still went lookiomg for a mother ofthe bride dress and still cant find one!!!!!
I guess Ill go to chicago and find one!!!!!
I went to the doc today loaded up with vitamins and a glucomoter seems my blood sugers are up. May be diabetic again. We shall see. I am down 14 pounds though on her scale!!!!! So we shall see.

Morning Margo and OFF family!!

One more day and a sleep and we are off to Michigan to see my family!!!! We are getting so excited we can hardly sleep!!! Rick is excited to get to my mom's so he can try out her Hoverround chair!!! LMAO Got my banana bread in the oven that we are taking to phyllis and Jon's, need to get laundry done today...laundry room was busy all day yesterday ofcourse....sighs. Have to hook last row of flowers on the afghan for the princess and it is finished. I have a meeting at work at 4 today with all the fighting in food court between the workers. Hopefully this gets settled once and for all!! Its all about nobody doing their cleaning up after themselves and having enough food ready for next shift etc. Going to be interesting! Then I get back home and we get ready for our Christmas get together and see just who shows up for their gifts. After that we relax and then get our things ready to put in the car when we get up in the morning and off we go!!!!!!!  

So that is about it for me today...its 32* here and looking like it might snow...need to get busy so I can get everything done in time!
